David Grindberg is a pastor, writer, college instructor, husband, father, grandfather, novelist, pheasant hunter, and scuba diver.  The Other Night I had a Dream, Crushing Violets is his first children’s book and is published by IndianGrass Books.  A native Iowan, Dave and his wife, Jill, are the parents of four children and call Fort Dodge, Iowa their home.
